Encouraging Participative Management is Inherent to Steelfur Culture
Creating a growth oriented company involves a strong passionate team driven towards a common goal. We, at Steelfur System practice participative management with an objective of creating an entity where the employees have a sense of pride and ownership. Steelfur System organizes TQM Awards every year to value and encourage involvement of stakeholders at all levels in management, devising strategies, inviting suggestions and decision making. The event marked information sharing sessions, training program for skill development and Award program where efforts and contribution of top performing employees were duly recognized and lauded. Members who actively contributed valuable suggestions and discharged their duties with diligence were awarded.
